We Confirm Your Time
The salon replies by phone or email to confirm your request or offer the nearest open slot. Your appointment is held from that point, not before.
You Secure The Visit
New clients provide a valid credit card to hold the appointment. It is only charged if the cancellation policy applies.
Consultation First
On the day, your stylist checks your hair and confirms the plan and the exact price before anything is cut, colored or applied.
Prepare For Your Visit
A few minutes of preparation makes the consultation faster and the result closer to what you want.
Bring Inspiration Photos
Two or three pictures of the look you want say more than a description. Photos of what you do not want help too.
Know Your Hair History
Tell your stylist about any color, bleach, box dye or keratin in the last year. It changes what is safe to do.
Plan Your Time
Balayage and extensions can take two to three hours. Free WiFi and a snack bar are on site while you wait.
Arrive On Time
Allow time to park and head up to Unit 200 on the second floor, inside Euphoria Hair Studio. More than 10 minutes late cancels the visit.
Booking Policies
The same rules for every client, written down so there are no surprises.
Who Can Book
Appointments are for adult women only, and every client must be at least 18. Children are not permitted in the salon.
Arriving On Time
Hotscope keeps a strict timing policy. Arriving more than 10 minutes late means the appointment is canceled.
Cancellations
Give at least 48 hours notice. Later cancellations are charged 40 percent of the booking, and a no call, no show is charged in full.
New Clients
A valid credit card secures your first appointment. It is only charged if the cancellation policy applies.
