Long or very thick hair takes more time and more product to cut, color or smooth evenly, so it sits above the starting rate.
Box dye, previous bleach or old keratin can mean extra steps to get a safe, even result. Tell us what your hair has been through.
Color, toner, bond repair and extension hair are measured to your hair, so a bigger job simply uses more of them.
Corrective color or a full change of shape can run past the listed time. If it will, you hear that at the consultation too.

New clients hold their first appointment with a valid credit card, which is only charged if the cancellation policy applies.
Give at least 48 hours notice. Later cancellations are charged 40 percent of the booking, and a no call, no show is charged in full.
Hotscope keeps a strict timing policy. Arriving more than 10 minutes late means the appointment is canceled and the cancellation terms apply.
Appointments are for adult women only, and every client must be at least 18. Children are not permitted in the salon.
